Terms of Service
Welcome to Style Supply. These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of www.stylesupply.io, our membership platform, products, services, website, mobile interfaces, communications, and delivery services operated by MY STYLE SUPPLY PRIVATE LIMITED.
1.1 What Style Supply Is
Style Supply is an invite-only, application-based, approval-led fashion membership platform. Approved members receive curated boxes of clothing and accessories at home and may, in respect of each item in the box, elect to try it, rent it, or buy it.
Title to and ownership of all products remains with the applicable brand partner, supplier, or Style Supply until an item is purchased by a member in accordance with these Terms.
1.2 The Style Supply Ribbon
Every item dispatched in a Style Supply box carries an attached Style Supply ribbon. The ribbon is the mechanism by which the member's election is recorded:
a. Ribbon intact and item returned within the window: The item is treated as tried. No charge arises.
b. Ribbon cut and item returned: The item is treated as rented. The applicable rental fee for that item becomes payable on collection.
c. Ribbon cut and item retained: The item is treated as purchased. The applicable purchase price becomes payable less any available credit.
1.3 Eligibility & Invite-Only Membership
Access to Style Supply is by application, invite, or approval only. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
Approved members must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law (aged 18 and above) and must complete one-time identity verification.
